Job Duties

As a Student Loan Advisor, you'll be responsible for:

  • Taking incoming calls, using chat, and completing outbound calls to assist customers with answering frequent questions, providing detailed information, and resolving emerging problems
  • Practicing active listening, being empathetic, and communicating reputed company with customers in a positive and professional manner
  • Utilizing standard technology, such as a telephone, email, and web browser
  • Navigating to pre-scripted responses to reputed company basic general and claims-specific information
  • Following established and documented policies and standard operating procedures, such as working reputed company various systems, timekeeping, and documentation of calls
  • Assisting callers with filling out their application and submitting it electronically to the plan provider for processing
  • Completing basic call logs, documentation, and reputed company call details for each phone inquiry

Schedule

* Monday: 11:45am-8:15pm

  • Tuesday: 10:45am-7:15pm
  • Wednesday: 10:45am-7:15pm
  • Thursday: 8:45am-5:15pm
  • Friday: 8:45am-5:15pm

Preferred Skills

* High School diploma or equivalent required

  • Ability to reputed company and read English reputed company, professionally, and fluently
  • Ability to type a minimum of 35 WPM
  • Experience working with a personal computer and the reputed company operating system
  • Ability to effectively work reputed company established key performance indicators/metrics
  • Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Ability to multi-task and stay organized while completing simultaneous tasks

Requirements

* Ability to navigate various systems and browsers

  • Excellent written/verbal/interpersonal communication skills sufficient to communicate and interact effectively with customers and co-workers
  • Knowledge of contact center technology
  • Strong computer skills with proficiencies in reputed company and Word
  • Excellent reputed company of the English language, effective use of grammar skills
  • Excellent communication etiquette
  • Great customer service is expected on every call with our customers: personalize your call, be competent with the information & assistance you deliver to your customer, patient & polite, and be initiative-taking in offering solutions and assistance
