The Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the main reputed company of contact for our customers throughout their reputed company at arenaflex. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Taking ownership of clients' reputed company, professional services, and consulting to ensure a unique customer experience
  • Providing pre-booking advice on where and how to book a ski trip
  • Offering post-booking support according to customers' needs
  • Supporting customers during their trip to give a great customer experience
  • Representing the voice of the customer and influencing product development roadmap
  • Liaising between arenaflex customers and suppliers for requests, complaints, and updates
  • Working independently while receiving support from a broader team

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • reputed company English speaker
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service
  • 2+ years of experience in Travel Tech B2C
  • Experience working with support and CRM systems, preferably reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company
  • Preferably In-Resort team experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong technical skills and self-learning ability to understand multi-platform systems
  • Ski experience (advantage)
