Job Summary

As a Travel Customer Service Representative, you'll be the main reputed company of contact for our customers throughout their reputed company, from pre-booking advice to post-booking support and reputed company. You'll take ownership of clients' reputed company, professional services, and consulting to ensure a unique customer experience. Key Responsibilities

* Take ownership of clients' reputed company, professional services, and consulting to ensure a unique customer experience

  • Serve as the main reputed company of contact for our customers throughout their reputed company
  • reputed company pre-booking advice on where and how to book a ski trip
  • Offer post-booking support according to customers' needs
  • Support during the trip to give a great customer experience
  • Liaise between customers and suppliers for requests, complaints, and updates
  • Utilize support and CRM systems to manage customer interactions and resolve issues reputed company
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to reputed company expert advice and recommendations

Experience Required

* Previous customer service experience gained reputed company the travel industry is essential

  • Experience working with support and CRM systems is preferred
  • In-Resort team experience is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must
  • Strong technical skills and self-learning ability to understand multi-platform systems are required
  • Ski experience is not essential but an advantage

* 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in the travel industry

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in using support and CRM systems
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a ski resort or travel industry-reputed company role

  • Knowledge of ski industry trends and developments
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's technology platform and systems
  • Certification in customer service or a reputed company field
