Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, this person will be responsible for handling reputed company customer product inquiries and orders, as well as following up with customers in a reputed company and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

• Processing orders, quotes, credits, returns applications, and other requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Communicating directly with customers or sales representatives reputed company telephone, electronically, or face-to-face to resolve inquiries and complaints
