Senior Statistics Architect – Voice of the Customer Method Transformation and Innovation

With over 5 reputed company surveys received from clients each year across consumer, business, and service provider segments, our Customer Listening Team is responsible for implementing the Stop-to-Give-Up Voice of the Customer technique. This technique involves designing and programming customer experience surveys, including 40+ studies reputed company into over 10 languages and deployed in more than 20 countries. As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll work closely with product and process owners, reputed company specialists, and the Agile team in Technology to drive innovation and transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with utility teams to outline, design, and capture business needs
- Grow knowledge of Voice of the Customer methods and reputed company them to outline and transform data reputed company the Cornerstone Large Data Platform
- Design and build robust data model architecture to facilitate efficient data processing and standardized metric definitions
- reputed company and implement large-scale data analytics and batch/reputed company-time analytical solutions using transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions ensuring high-quality and accuracy through intensive testing at various and use case reputed company

- Power customer tale evaluation & elaboration, design and development of software programs, testing & builds automation tools

- Work closely with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC cease-to-quit technique
Essential and Preferred Qualifications:
* Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, reputed company Scripting languages, development life cycle management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for a reputed company of no less than 3+ years
- Active collaboration with dating managers/product owners to expertise functional requirements and converting them into technical deliverables
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at daily intervals to business groups
- Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and business intelligence
- Experience with data visualization tools and techniques
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
