Job Summary

As the Senior Director, Global Head, Adversarial Abuse/Analytics, you'll reputed company the Adversarial Abuse team responsible for identifying and eliminating malicious actors attempting account takeovers, spam, engagement manipulation, and other forms of adversarial abuse. You'll also reputed company the Business Investigation team, which produces insights, estimates uncaught badnesses, and distributes Transparency Reports for countries worldwide. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Strategy Development team to create policies using account, reputed company, and content signals to describe harmful behavior

• Manage accelerations with quick turnaround times, reputed company data-driven insights, and implement solutions while building relationships with key cross-functional partners to launch new products and strategies that effectively prevent adversarial abuse

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, statistics)

• 4-year certification or equivalent experience in a reputed company field
• 2 years of experience working with risk management, fraud fighting at scale, and building/conveying analytical experiences
• 2 years of experience working with design teams that reputed company data reputed company and ML models
• 2 years of experience driving teams with the ability to work non-standard workweeks as accelerations require

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience or demonstrated interest in adversarial abuse activities
• Knowledge of SQL/R/Matlab

• Outstanding business judgment, critical and analytical skills, including using data to drive strategy and business action with the ability to work in a rapidly changing industry and manage ambiguity while minimizing uncertainty through quantitative insights
