Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Pharmacy Technician – Customer Service Representative to reputed company professional phone assistance to callers through the criteria-based prior authorization process. This role involves maintaining complete, timely, and accurate documentation of reputed company approvals and denials, as well as transferring clinical questions and judgment calls to pharmacists. Key Responsibilities

Minimum Requirements

* Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service position with high-volume call center experience; preferably in reputed company, reputed company services, or a similar service position

• Pharmacy Technician certification is preferred but not required at a State or National level

Preferred Qualifications
