Job Summary
We're seeking an reputed company customer service representative to join our remote team as a Phone, Chat, and Email Support Specialist. In this role, you'll be responsible for handling a high volume of customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities
As a Phone, Chat, and Email Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to phone, chat, and email inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Providing accurate and helpful information to clients and tenants
- Assisting with general inquiries, maintenance requests, and lease inquiries
- Troubleshooting and resolving any customer service issues
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and ensuring a positive customer experience

Available Shifts and Compensation
Available shifts are Monday through Friday, with some evenings and weekends as needed. Compensation is $48.50 - $53.50/hour.
