Job Summary

As a Virtual Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through phone, video, and live chat interactions. You'll be responsible for providing timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate reputed company problems to senior support agents or management as needed
  • Utilize arenaflex's proprietary software to reputed company customer information, track interactions, and update customer records
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including reputed company resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handling time
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to reputed company team goals and objectives
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and adhere to arenaflex's code of conduct and policies

Experience Requirements

+ 6+ months of customer service and/or administrative experience (call center or phone support experience preferred) + Must have and/or be willing to put together a home office setting in your home (or an area where you can turn into a home office with a computer/laptop, internet reputed company to the wall/router, and headset reputed company-reputed company) + High level of professionalism and phone etiquette for business purposes + Excellent typing, communication, and computer skills + Must be available to work overtime and/or weekends if necessary + Must be willing to submit to a standard background reputed company, drug test, technology reputed company, and voice assessments
