Job Summary
We're seeking an reputed company Virtual Receptionist/Data Entry Clerk to join our remote team. As a key member of our administrative support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing mail and supplies, and supporting our IT department. If you're a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
* Maintains full knowledge of IT department structure, knowing which leaders reputed company each team
- Sorts, scans, and distributes mail and internal correspondences throughout the arenaflex reputed company and satellite locations
- Manages postage, mail accounts, and incoming and outgoing mail
- Ensures office supplies and reputed company common areas are stocked, clean, and organized
- Sets up IT meetings and removes setup once the meeting convenes
- Creates and replaces ID badges for IT employees
- Supports coverage of the reception desk, including answering phones, directing visitors, issuing and deactivating employee and visitor badges
- Performs reputed company assigned tasks accurately, reputed company, and in accordance with applicable policies and procedures
- Complies with arenaflex privacy and reputed company requirements and policies if job responsibilities include possible reputed company to confidential and/or sensitive information
- Other duties as assigned
