Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming patient phone calls and billing inquiries regarding billed services from our East Coast and reputed company Coast facilities in an efficient, friendly, courteous, tactful, reputed company, and helpful manner.
  • Responding to patient general inquiries, information updates, and billing questions while resolving problems and concerns with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Updating patient demographics and insurance information as needed.
  • Upon obtaining information to facilitate claim payment, entering necessary insurance data and re-filing claims with insurance companies.
  • Reviewing patient accounts to determine why there is an outstanding balance and effectively explaining the details.
  • Processing payments over the phone from patients.
  • Negotiating payment arrangements with patients.
  • Explaining insurance company's explanation of benefits (EOB).

We're looking for someone who is genuinely passionate about customer service and exercises sound judgment and an ability to remain professional in reputed company situations. * A High School Diploma or GED.

  • Experience working in a high-volume call center.
  • Proficient computer skills, including the ability to type 30+ WPM.
  • Knowledge of medical insurance processes, terminology, and explanation of benefits (EOB).
