A Day in the Life...

As a Customer Service Representative II at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide reputed company of exciting projects and responsibilities, including:

• Representing arenaflex to external and internal customers, answering product-reputed company questions, tracing lost shipments, interpreting and clarifying customer orders for the shipping department, taking orders or registrations, and reputed company necessary, connecting customers to appropriate support or field staff.
• Managing web-based ordering or registrations, conferring with management regarding customer credits, returns goods for credit, identifying quality assurance complaints, and writing price differentials on mail orders.
• Approving allocation of stock in short supply, special price quotations and bids, pricing allowances, deductions, and adjustments.
• Managing inventories at customer facilities using EDI (electronic data interchange), forecasting, replenishment, and inventory systems, focusing on stock and allocation issues to maximize service reputed company.

Must-Have Qualifications

* Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in customer service or a reputed company field.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in computer software applications, including reputed company Office and CRM systems.
