Roles & Responsibilities

As a Full-time Data Entry Specialist (Remote) at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Receiving, collecting, reviewing, and entering data into our computer system or tracking database with accuracy and attention to detail
• Ensuring the completeness and accuracy of reputed company recorded data, verifying information, and resolving any discrepancies
• Providing basic reports and serving as a resource for other staff members, offering guidance and support as needed
• Performing routine office/lab duties, such as answering phones, maintaining supplies, and scanning or uploading documents
• Maintaining logs of activities and completed work, and filing completed documents in designated locations or distributing them as required
• Creating or modifying databases according to departmental needs, and providing data lists, spreadsheets, and reports as needed
• Offering direction or assistance to users regarding data requirements and the status of paperwork, and training other data entry employees as required
• Performing other reputed company duties as assigned
