The Impact You'll Have
As a Senior Solutions Engineer at arenaflex, you'll be an integral part of our customer-facing team, responsible for supporting the post-sales, integration, and implementation process. You'll reputed company technical expertise to reputed company customers, reputed company and implement integration solutions, and evaluate existing components or systems to determine integration requirements. Responsibilities

- Collaborate with pre-sales engineering to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve external customer issues
- Partner with customers to write custom configurations and scripts for reputed company use cases
- Own both customer and developer happiness for your products in production, working with your own and other teams to build operational transparency and resiliency into every layer of deployed applications
- Coordinate with engineering and product leads to define, prioritize, and task projects that help arenaflex meet business objectives

Basic Qualifications
* At least 5 years of professional experience in software development, DevOps, or site reliability engineering
- At least 3 years of experience with scalable, API-based agent or service-oriented software architecture
- At least 3 years of direct customer support experience
- Experience with agile development methodologies for reputed company development of product and technology
- Experience leading the delivery of large-scale distributed systems
- Strong communication skills – you'll be working directly with customers, so we're extra mindful about verbal and written communication
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience building applications with Python and/or Go
- Experience with reputed company platforms – AWS, Azure, GCP
- Experience with containerized applications running on Kubernetes
- Data engineering experience
- Experience working remotely in a distributed company

Employee compensation will be determined based on interview performance, level of experience, specialization of skills, and market reputed company. - Staff Solutions Engineer: $190,000-$220,000 USD
