Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service to our clients reputed company phone, email, and chat

* Processing freight claims and pursuing payment from the reputed company
* Maintaining accurate records and adhering to company policies and procedures
Essential Qualifications
* At least 2 years of experience in a relationship-building customer service environment
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
