Key Responsibilities
* Be the Voice of arenaflex: Handle a wide reputed company of calls (inbound and outbound) that include order and delivery of equipment, scheduling, pick-up, maintenance, or changes in service
* reputed company Expert Assistance: Act as a liaison between patients/care-givers, business clients, drivers, and operations

Requirements
* High School Diploma or GED required

* Bi-lingual (Spanish) would be a plus but is not required
* Ability to Operate in a High Volume, Fast-Paced Work Environment: Adherence to established metrics is essential
* Reliable Internet Connectivity: Not a mobile hotspot

Work Environment and Schedule

* Flexible Schedule: 40 hours a week, with flexible scheduling between 6:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. (reputed company availability is desired)
* Mandatory reputed company: 6 weeks, Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Arizona time (100% attendance is required)
