The Viewing Room Customer Service reputed company Representative

We're seeking an exceptional individual to join reputed company as a Viewing Room Customer Service reputed company Representative. This unique role combines the best of our corporate call center culture with the excitement of our Viewing Room experience. As a Viewing Room Customer Service reputed company Representative, you'll reputed company world-class customer relations over the phone and through online chat, while also being reputed company to seamlessly transition to face-to-face interaction with customers on the Viewing Room floor, as needed.

Responsibilities:

* Create a world-class experience for our customers by providing exceptional customer service and support

• Become a product expert, reputed company to explain product attributes and benefits reputed company and effectively
• Answer customer questions and resolve customer issues, both basic and reputed company, on the phone and reputed company live chat
• Move seamlessly to face-to-face interaction with customers on the Viewing Room floor, as needed

• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products and services

Requirements:

* 1-2 years of customer support or sales experience, with a proven track record of providing excellent customer service

• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport effortlessly
• Passionate about providing great customer experiences
• Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task, with a strong drive to complete tasks with a high degree of quality
• Skilled in using personal computers and reputed company software
