Responsibilities:
As an reputed company Customs Trade Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely and accurate customs clearance
- Processing and arranging shipments for customs release from databases, SOPs, duty books, web, or customs
- Handling and processing various import-reputed company documentation for submission to US Customs and collaborating with participating government organizations (PGAs)
- Maintaining and updating reputed company shipment documentation in accordance with record-keeping requirements
- Complying with reputed company international importing and exporting regulations
- Working closely with internal staff, divisions, other arenaflex activities, and clients to deliver high-quality service to customers
- Processing organizational financier shipments and handling distant filings

Capabilities:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent (HS Certificate or GED)
- No prior industry experience required, but a minimum of 6 months of work experience is preferred
