Responsibilities

As a part-time Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers through online conversations, providing accurate information about our clients' products and services, and capturing valuable leads to drive reputed company growth. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Handling a wide reputed company of customer inquiries reputed company online chat, providing timely and accurate responses to meet customer needs
• Providing product and service information, answering questions, and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

• Own your own computer or laptop with a webcam and microphone
