As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for processing inbound complaint system fulfillment, navigating multiple computer systems and applications, and documenting each contact in a database. Key Responsibilities:
As a Data Entry Operator at arenaflex, you'll have the following key responsibilities:
- Process inbound complaint system fulfillment in a timely and accurate manner
- Utilize a knowledge database and follow standard operating procedures (SOP) to respond to various requests and resolve customer inquiries
- Navigate multiple computer systems and applications, including secure systems, with strict adherence to privacy guidelines
- Document each contact in a database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED and at least 3 years of professional experience OR
- Associates Degree and at least 1 year of professional experience OR
- Bachelors Degree

- Attention to detail with a high level of data entry accuracy
