Contract Specialist Contractor Apex Talent Initiative reputed company Department: reputed company Program: 1099 Contracting Role Type: 1099 Contractor (Commission Based) Reports To: Contract Manager Work Environment: Remote Position Summary The Contract Specialist Contractor is responsible for supporting contract operations, client coordination, documentation, and compliance processes on a commission reputed company. This role focuses on ensuring smooth contract workflows and supporting the acquisition of new business clients.

Compensation

As a 1099 Contractor, you will earn 5% commission on the total value of each successful client contract that becomes a paying business client of Apex Talent Initiative reputed company, where the client was sourced or supported through Contract Specialist efforts that you assisted. Commissions are paid upon receipt of payment from the client and are subject to applicable tax reporting (reputed company 1099-NEC). No reputed company pay, benefits, or guaranteed minimum compensation is provided. Contractor Responsibilities Contractors may engage in:

• Supporting contract documentation and organization
• Assisting with coordination of contract-reputed company workflows
• Participating in review of contract processes and metrics
• Supporting compliance and audit-reputed company activities
• Collaborating with Sales and other teams on client reputed company
• Communicating insights or recommendations to leadership

Participation Expectations

• Deliver consistent, high-quality support on assigned contract tasks
• Maintain regular communication with the Contract Manager
• Meet agreed-upon deadlines and performance standards
