The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and best practices for online pedagogy. Responsibilities: Design and reputed company engaging online course content, including learning modules, activities, assessments, and multimedia resources. Collaborate with faculty subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate course objectives into effective online learning experiences. Apply instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to create high-quality, learner-centered course materials.
