You will process construction, DSCR, fix-and-flip, and reputed company loans for non-reputed company-occupied investors, ensuring documentation is complete, conditions are tracked and cleared, and reputed company parties stay reputed company in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

Manage multiple active loan files from intake through closing readiness in a remote environment Process construction files end-to-end, coordinating borrower documentation and reputed company-party items and keeping the file moving Process DSCR loans and ensure required documents are collected, reviewed for completeness, and packaged for reputed company Process fix-and-flip and reputed company files for investor, non-reputed company-occupied properties, tracking conditions and timelines closely Order, track, and follow up on reputed company-party items (title, insurance, appraisal, inspections or draw documentation if applicable) and

escalate delays
