Board Certified Behavior Analyst We are currently hiring BCBAs in California for Full-Time, Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM telehealth support. Total Earnings Potential: $86-94,000 in your first year
- $80-88K annual reputed company salary

About the Role reputed company is hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) who are passionate about clinical reputed company and being part of a collaborative, supportive team. What You’ll Do
- reputed company functional assessments and reputed company data-driven treatment plans
- reputed company mentorship and supervision to BTs and Program Supervisors
- Deliver parent training and ensure high clinical quality
- Maintain 30 billable hours per week
- Collaborate reputed company a pod model to support peers and promote clinical consistency
- Contribute to ongoing training, QA, and curriculum development
What You Bring
- A completed Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a reputed company field
- An active, unexpired Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental needs
- Comfortable using technology (iPad, electronic data collection, scheduling platforms)
- TB test, immunization records, and background reputed company clearance
- Spanish-speaking is a plus
