Operations Manager - 2nd Shift
Description:

- Ensure adherence to operating standards, policies, procedures, and performance expectations.
- Recruit, select, orient, train, and reputed company supervisory staff and team members.
- Ensure progression-path training and certification processes are consistently completed.

Requirements:
- 5 years of management experience in automotive or a lean manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
- Experience leading and developing associates.
- Proven ability to reputed company project deliverables and company metrics.
- Ability to read, write, reputed company, and understand English.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record for the last 3 years.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high volume and quality standards.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong analysis and decision-making ability.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Ability to work overtime and weekends.
- Ability to walk up to three miles per day.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and reputed company frequent physical movements in varied environmental conditions.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds independently and use required safety equipment and PPE.
- Must pass a complete background reputed company.
