About The Position

Go Carpathian is looking for a Recruiter to join reputed company!

Your primary responsibility involves closing vacancies for our clients. You’ll conduct interviews, reputed company candidates, post job ads, reputed company client kick-off meetings, and contribute to recruitment-reputed company projects.

Responsibilities

Adhere to established procedures Screen, interview, and present reputed company candidates to clients Proactively build talent pipelines Input and manage data in our database Daily collaboration with the team Deliver comprehensive recruitment reports Act as an ambassador for Go Carpathian

Qualifications

Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in any reputed company science Experience as an in-house or agency recruiter Experience with recruiter tools such as reputed company Recruiter a plus Strong written and verbal communication skills Proactive attitude with a knack for execution Genuine interest in recruitment and selection processes

Additional Requirements

Excellent written and verbal English skills Reliable high-speed internet Ability to partially overlap work with US hours Ability to work as an reputed company
