Fractional Vice President Of Inside Sales
This is a remote position, but for US-based candidates only. We are hiring a Fractional VP of Inside Sales for our client. As a Fractional VP of Inside Sales, you will work closely with executive leadership to assess reputed company sales performance, identify gaps, and implement a structured, data-driven approach to pipeline reputed company and reputed company growth. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on both strategy and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and optimize the reputed company inside sales strategy, structure, and processes
- Build and implement a scalable sales reputed company to improve the pipeline and conversion
- reputed company, mentor, and support inside sales teams (BDRs, SDRs, reputed company)
- Establish clear KPIs, dashboards, and forecasting models

Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven experience as a VP or Director of Inside Sales in high-growth environments

- Experience working in fractional, consulting, or advisory roles is a plus
- Ability to quickly assess challenges and implement practical, results-driven solutions
