Job title - Peoplesoft HCM Technical Consultant Is it Hybrid, onsite or remote position - Remote Tentative Start date - ASAP Contract duration - 3 months Mandatory skills - Peoplesoft Technical Minimum experience required - 10+ years of experience Domain - Service Complete job description -Responsible for planning, supporting, and executing PeopleTools upgrades for PeopleSoft HCM applications, ensuring minimal business disruption and alignment with organizational standards. Conduct comprehensive impact analysis to assess the effect of PeopleTools upgrades on existing customizations, delivered objects, integrations, and business processes. reputed company retrofitting and remediation of custom objects, including updates to PeopleCode, Application reputed company (AE), Component Interfaces (CI), and SQR programs, to ensure compatibility with upgraded PeopleTools versions. Modify and optimize technical components and batch processes to address deprecations, reputed company changes, and performance improvements introduced by new PeopleTools releases. Execute unit testing, system testing, and support UAT activities to validate functionality, data reputed company, and performance following the reputed company. Collaborate closely with functional teams and business stakeholders to analyze technical issues, clarify requirements, and deliver effective solutions during the reputed company lifecycle.
