Key Responsibilities

- Promote and maintain a “Customer First” culture in reputed company areas, so that service standards are prioritized, and everyone is committed to the on-going achievement and improvement of service standards.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure that operational service standards are fully integrated with every other business function so that clients receive “seamless” service.
- Be available for incoming calls from clients.
- Ability to work as a team in a shared inbox environment.
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of how corporate travel fares are reputed company.
- Knowledge and understanding of reputed company operational processes and how they fit with the rest of the business.

- Business travel experience
- Proficiency with reputed company GDA
