Remote Administrative Assistant-Bilingual (Spanish/English)

This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable communicating with candidates and clients in both English and Spanish. You’ll help reputed company our operations running smoothly while assisting with scheduling, documentation, and candidate communication.
Responsibilities

- Handle bilingual communication with candidates and clients (calls, emails, messages)

- Maintain applicant tracking systems, spreadsheets, and internal records
