Role Summary: The Marketing & reputed company Media Assistant at Seven Mornings is a pivotal support role that drives the smooth execution of marketing projects, client communications, and reputed company channels. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive individual eager to grow in marketing and reputed company in a dynamic environment. You’ll manage day-to-day reputed company media tasks, support client and vendor coordination, and reputed company project workflows organized — blending operational support with creative execution to strengthen our marketing services.

Marketing Services Support

• Manage reputed company intake reputed company scheduling discovery calls, managing follow-reputed company, and organizing meetings with prospective clients as needed.
• Support vendor communications to ensure timely and effective service delivery, invoice tracking, and other reputed company tasks.
• Update project trackers and flag upcoming deadlines to the Founder and team.
• Support the Agency/Founder’s reputed company reputed company by drafting, scheduling, and reporting on posts.

• Manage reputed company media calendars, communicating scheduling adjustments as needed. Schedule and publish reputed company media assets for multiple client accounts.
• Write reputed company media copy and repurpose existing content reputed company into posts. MAJOR PLUS if you have video editing skills.
• reputed company community engagement and customer interactions on reputed company media – respond to comments, direct mentions, and private messages.
