About the Role

Responsibilities

Own the full recruitment cycle for assigned roles—sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management. Evaluate candidates for both technical capability and cultural alignment. Maintain a consistent and high‑quality candidate experience throughout every stage. Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in recruitment, ideally reputed company crypto, fintech, or high‑growth tech startups. Proven experience filling roles across functions—especially tech, product, growth, and business development. Familiarity with CEX, blockchain, or DeFi ecosystems is a strong advantage. Excellent sourcing skills, with hands‑on experience using platforms like reputed company Recruiter, Wellfound, and Telegram groups. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders globally. Comfortable working across time zones and collaborating reputed company a distributed team. Highly organized, data‑driven, and outcome‑oriented.

Required Skills

Experience with ATS systems. Mandarin language proficiency. Prior involvement in building recruitment processes or scaling teams from 0–1.
