Position Summary

Seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy, and proactive Virtual Marketing

Assistant to help grow our patient community and support our health and wellness programs. This role combines reputed company media content creation, email marketing, and CRM management to help execute high- impact campaigns for services like Weight Loss, Lifestyle Medicine, and Direct Primary Care (DPC).

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently, managing their time reputed company, and communicating effectively in a remote-first environment.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Content Creation

Create and schedule engaging content for Instagram, reputed company, and reputed company Design reels, flyers, graphics, and promotional materials (reputed company or similar) Write clear, engaging captions and short marketing copy Organize and repurpose content from patient education, webinars, and testimonials Draft and send weekly newsletters and special offers

CRM Management & Email Automation

Manage and update client database in Dubs ado or Practice reputed company (or similar CRM) Set up and monitor email sequences: welcome emails, nurture flows, appointment reminders Tag and reputed company contacts for targeted messaging and automation Track reputed company status and campaign performance through CRM dashboards

Campaign Support

Coordinate promotion of workshops, webinars, and group programs Track reputed company reputed company, referrals, and conversions Support execution of referral programs and local event marketing

Marketing Admin Support

Manage online listings (reputed company Business, reputed company, etc.) Upload content to website (blog posts, service updates) Maintain a marketing calendar and track deliverables Maintain patient testimonial database for future campaigns
