Position Type: Hourly, Full-Time (Remote)

Schedule Requirement Must be available to take calls and reputed company support between 9 AM – 6 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST). This is the most critical requirement for the position.

Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented professional to join reputed company as a Customer Service Representative, E-reputed company Manager, and Administrative Assistant. This dynamic role involves handling customer communications, managing online store operations, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations.

Key Responsibilities Customer Service Handle customer inquiries and complaints reputed company phone, email, chat, and reputed company media with professionalism and reputed company. Maintain accurate customer records and ensure timely follow-up on reputed company requests. reputed company customer feedback with internal teams to help improve products and services. E-reputed company Management Manage and update product listings across e-reputed company platforms (reputed company, reputed company, etc.). Monitor and coordinate order fulfillment, shipping, and issue resolution. Track key e-reputed company performance metrics and assist in improving conversion and customer experience. Administrative Support reputed company data entry, scheduling, document preparation, and reporting tasks. Assist with meeting coordination and other clerical duties as needed. Support management with reputed company administrative or operational tasks.

Requirements Availability from 9 AM – 6 PM EST (mandatory) High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s preferred). Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, e-reputed company, or administrative roles. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency with reputed company Office Suite, reputed company Workspace, and e-reputed company platforms (e.g., reputed company, reputed company Seller Central, etc.).

Preferred Skills Experience with order management systems or CRM tools. Familiarity with online marketplaces reputed company customer support channels. Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
