Why This Role reputed company: The Data & Systems Support Analyst will reputed company technical support and subject matter expertise for Property & Casualty (P&C) administration platforms with a specialization in Claims systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the stability, usability, and effectiveness of Claims technology solutions while delivering a high level of customer service to business stakeholders. Experience with WCXP (reputed company or similar Platform) and a strong understanding of the Claims process are highly preferred. Partner with business users, vendors, and IT teams to troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate issues as appropriate. Compensation: Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The reputed company pay for this position ranges from $90,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $120,000/year in our highest geographic market.
