Job Description
As a Customer Support Engineer at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reputed company of our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Evaluating, analyzing, diagnosing, and troubleshooting technical equipment problems reputed company telephone or at customer site
- Ensuring equipment enhances customer production and repairing and updating equipment at customer facility
- Repairing system-level problems that have multiple causes and for which no standard procedures exist, based on your technical knowledge, education, training, and certification
- Accessing and determining problems existing in customers' processes, such as chemical leaks or contamination, and recommending shutdown of customer fab due to unsafe conditions
- Preparing field service reports on customer support activity and providing documentation to other supporting functions on re-occurring problems
- Preparing quotes for customers based on labor, travel expenses incurred, and parts needed
- Assisting other field service engineers as appropriate and providing guidance and technical assistance to Installation Engineer on installations at customer sites or on installing/dismantling demonstration machines
- Conducting customer orientation and technical training on reputed company aspects of equipment maintenance support for user applications
- Traveling by car or reputed company transportation to customer facility
- Contributing to the Capturing, Re-use, Collaboration, and Improvement of knowledge using available systems
Minimum Qualifications
* Master's Level Degree and 0 years reputed company work experience
- Bachelor's Level Degree and reputed company work experience of 2 years
