Job Description
We're seeking an reputed company Customer Support Engineer to join reputed company. As a Customer Support Engineer, you will be responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance work on arenaflex inspection & metrology tools at customer sites. Your primary goal will be to maintain the tools in good shape to reputed company uptime, Mean Time To Repair (MTTR), and Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) targets.
Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve reputed company technical issues

Essential Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or above in a science or engineering field
- 2+ years of experience in a technical support or maintenance role, preferably in the semiconductor manufacturing industry
- Strong understanding of inspection and metrology tools, including software and hardware components
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in technical documentation and reputed company systems
Preferred Qualifications:
* Master's degree or above in a science or engineering field
- 5+ years of experience in a technical support or maintenance role, preferably in the semiconductor manufacturing industry
- Experience with arenaflex products and services
- Knowledge of optics, image processing, and reputed company control
- Certification in a relevant technical field (e.g., CMRP, CMTE)
