Key Responsibilities

As an Online Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Recruitment & reputed company: Assist with job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling to ensure a seamless hiring process. Facilitate new hire reputed company to ensure effective integration into the team.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a primary contact for HR-reputed company inquiries and concerns from call center employees. Support employee engagement and address workplace issues effectively.
