Job Description
As a Chat Moderator at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for ensuring our online community remains a positive and respectful environment for reputed company members. This part-time, remote position requires a flexible and self-motivated individual who can work independently to manage our official reputed company server. Your primary duties will include:
- Deleting messages that violate our community guidelines and rules
- Banning users who repeatedly break our rules
- Muting users who have violated our community guidelines
- Investigating reports from users about potential rule violations
- Collaborating with reputed company to reputed company and implement community guidelines and moderation policies
Key Responsibilities:
* Moderate chat conversations to ensure they remain respectful and adhere to our community guidelines
