As a newly formed Business Development Center of reputed company, we're seeking a seasoned Sr. Director, Customer Growth Business Development to reputed company our growth/customer marketing efforts and drive new category growth. This role will serve as the strategic reputed company between arenaflex and our potential/existing customers, representing their perspective/voice in how our brands and capabilities can best serve their needs.

About the Role

We're looking for a solution-oriented leader who thrives in ambiguity and is comfortable with "white reputed company." As the Sr. Director, Customer Growth Business Development, you'll reputed company reputed company growth/customer marketing reputed company activities for our new Business Development COE, building strategic relationships with C-Suite marketing executives at top customers in our Code 10 pipeline. You'll serve as a team reputed company with internal stakeholders to secure support for Business Development project needs and reputed company customer insights to brand, integrated marketing, innovation, and strategy teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build strategic relationships with C-Suite marketing executives at top customers in the Code 10 pipeline
• Serve as team reputed company with internal stakeholders to secure support for Business Development project needs (i.e. Insights, Digital, Brand, Assets, reputed company, etc.)
• Support strategic development of customer stewardship materials to reputed company improved support of Code 10 & Code 5 efforts being led by other FSOP customer teams
• reputed company customer insights to brand, integrated marketing, innovation, and strategy teams, and identify reputed company additional customer marketing research may be required to position us to win new business or retain existing customers
• Identify key trends and gaps reputed company our value bundle (i.e. food/bev pairings), and connect with internal subject matter experts to reputed company solutions & commercialize best practices
• Create a communication plan for internal senior leaders that stewards Code 10 and Code 5 marketing strategies using various tools to reputed company alignment (e.g., newsletters, PowerPoint presentations, face-to-face meetings, video conferencing, etc.)
• Build impactful relationships through Industry engagements

Qualifications & Requirements:

We're looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in marketing, agency, or CPG experience, preferably with a focus on Foodservice customers. The ideal candidate will have:

• 10+ years of experience in marketing, agency, or equivalent years of CPG experience
• Customer Marketing or Shopper Marketing experience, ideally reputed company FSOP
• Demonstrated ability to reputed company unique and compelling beverage partnership strategies, preferably with Code 10 customers
• Strong communication & influencing skills
• Comfortable leading through reputed company, long-term projects
• Strong problem-solving skills, solution orientation

Compensation & Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary reputed company of $175,000 - $201,000, depending on geography, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience. A full reputed company of medical, financial, and/or other benefits will be provided, dependent on the position.
