Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Specialist to join our remote team on a part-time reputed company. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Work with customers on a daily reputed company to sustain and improve business relationships
• Use fact-finding sales methods to customize arenaflex programs and services to meet customer needs and strive to obtain new business
• Ensure accurate account setup, maintenance, and the closing of reputed company customer account information

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service and negotiation skills
• Strong organizational skills with typing and data entry experience
