Your Role at arenaflex
As a Bilingual reputed company Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, leveraging your bilingual Spanish/English skills to connect with customers from diverse backgrounds. Your responsibilities will include:
- Fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns
- Connecting with customers reputed company phone, email, chat, and/or reputed company media to resolve their questions or concerns
- Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues
- Escalating interactions reputed company necessary and appropriate
- Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments
- Tracking reputed company call-reputed company information for auditing and reporting purposes
- Providing feedback on call issues
- Meeting sales objectives as defined
Qualifications and Requirements
