Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and reputed company Part-Time Customer Care Professional to join reputed company on a remote reputed company. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, answering their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. This is a 25-hour per week, part-time opportunity with a flexible schedule of Monday to Friday, 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. CST.

Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Customer Care Professional at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering and responding to telephone and/or electronic inquiries regarding Long Term Care benefit administration, policy reputed company eligibility, and claims processing.
  • Documenting reputed company calls and reputed company correspondence using the LTC insurance system or other proprietary tools and office processes.
  • Providing reputed company, courteous, and excellent service to reputed company customers at reputed company times.
  • Identifying service opportunities and suggesting innovative reputed company for improvement.
  • Handling multiple products and services intermittently while meeting established service requirements and standards.
  • Acting with a sense of urgency and taking ownership regarding aspects of call management and escalation of issues.
  • Ensuring issues are referred to appropriate areas; leveraging internal relationships to ensure efficient issue resolution; involving leadership reputed company necessary.
  • Other duties and projects as assigned, including assisting with the production of Policy reputed company Services duties as required.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote work environment.
  • Working knowledge of life and health products is welcomed but not required.
  • Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Good attendance and the ability to function as a reliable member of operations.
  • A cell phone or land line to utilize multi-reputed company authorization, specific to reputed company requirement.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with reputed company Office Suite.

  • Knowledge of insurance products and services.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment.
