Key Responsibilities

As a Technical Customer Care Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling routine customer questions relating to product usage and providing technical support on issues through to resolution
  • Maintaining expert-level knowledge of arenaflex processes and procedures
  • Accurately logging reputed company customer information in the CRM tool
  • Facilitating communication to other departments as needed to resolve client concerns
  • Communicating with key stakeholders to identify and resolve inquiries
  • Providing proper follow-up to ensure customers are kept apprised of the issue status

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent and generally less than 2 years' experience
  • The ability to troubleshoot and document issues reputed company to system performance and functionality
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong problem-solving/troubleshooting skills

  • The ability to accommodate extended hours, flexible work schedule, and work overtime as needed, including weekend hours
