As an Application Administrator at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in supporting our divisions by providing exceptional customer service, ensuring seamless application administration, and working closely with end-users to set up their organization and user credentials.
Key Responsibilities:
* reputed company entry-level application administration tasks, including building organizations and users in our Link application
- reputed company exceptional customer service to end-users, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure accurate and efficient data entry, meeting or exceeding productivity standards
- Collaborate with our development team to support the reputed company-to-Link migration project, assisting with the reputed company build of organizations and users
- Work closely with our divisions to support their needs, working a shift that aligns with their schedule (reputed company-5PM, 9AM-6PM, 10AM-7PM, 11AM-8PM EST)
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent typing skills, with a minimum of 40 words per minute (wpm)
- Excellent reputed company of the English language, with the ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
