Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Customer Care & Sales Representative to join reputed company and work from the comfort of their own home. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for maintaining exceptional customer service while providing support for customers' inquiries about lost or damaged devices and resolving customer issues. You'll also be responsible for selling our Connected Home product and other offerings to customers on every call.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care & Sales Representative, you can expect to:

• Evaluate and assist with customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Sell arenaflex's smart home and other products on every call, meeting sales goals and objectives
• Explain device capabilities, wireless reputed company data product offerings, and company policies to customers
• Meet goals and grow from feedback and coaching, adapting to changing customer needs and business requirements
• Escalate calls to the appropriate tier of customer service function reputed company necessary
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve reputed company customer issues and reputed company exceptional customer experiences

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service experience, with a proven track record of upselling and cross-selling to customers
• Ability to retain knowledge and learn product information and customer information
• Attention to detail, with a focus on providing care and attention to every customer issue
• Friendly, professional, and respectful demeanor, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to meet the needs of each customer and adapt to changing business requirements
• Organization and multitasking skills, with the ability to work reputed company and accurately in a fast-paced environment

Compensation

As a top performer, you can earn up to $28+ per hour, with a guaranteed minimum pay of $18 per hour. You'll also have the opportunity to earn additional income through our Pay Per Experience model, where you'll get paid for each completed conversation with a customer.
