What You'll Do

As a Customer Care Specialist I - Technical Support, you will be responsible for:

• Providing world-class customer service by troubleshooting technical issues, resolving customer complaints, and promoting arenaflex's products and services
• Assisting customers with technical issues, such as changing passwords, setting DVRs, and troubleshooting connectivity problems

Qualifications
