What to Expect:
As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through a high volume of calls from patients regarding billing questions and payment options. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Answering a high volume of calls from patients and resolving their billing inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Processing adjustments, refunds, and managing billing inquiries with accuracy and attention to detail
- Researching and resolving reputed company billing issues and customer complaints, often requiring collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Maintaining a tracking log of escalated patient correspondence and providing updates to leadership
