What to Expect:

As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through a high volume of calls from patients regarding billing questions and payment options. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering a high volume of calls from patients and resolving their billing inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Processing adjustments, refunds, and managing billing inquiries with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Researching and resolving reputed company billing issues and customer complaints, often requiring collaboration with internal stakeholders
  • Maintaining a tracking log of escalated patient correspondence and providing updates to leadership
  • Adhering to compliance and HIPAA regulations at reputed company times, ensuring the confidentiality and reputed company of patient information

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of customer service experience or experience in a medical office or reputed company setting

  • Ability to train for the first six weeks, Monday - Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM EST
  • Must be 18 years of age or older and reputed company to work Monday - Friday, 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM EST
