Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing best-in-class customer service to arenaflex's various lines of business, including Student Enrollment Management, Alumni Placement Verification Services, and Default Management
• Handling inbound and outbound customer calls, with a focus on resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Utilizing arenaflex's CRM system to track customer interactions, update records, and reputed company follow-up support as needed
• Initiating calls to Federal loan servicers to resolve repayment options for customers with Federal student loans
• Comprehending training material on various topics and sharing new concepts and content with colleagues
• Adhering to reputed company federal and state laws governing the industry, as well as client Statement of Work standards and company guidelines and policies
• Attaining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monthly performance goals

As a new hire, you'll participate in a comprehensive training program that covers arenaflex's products, services, and policies. Our training schedule includes:

• Two weeks of training, Monday through Friday, between 8 am and 5 pm CST

Education and Qualifications

* High school or equivalent (required)

• 1 year of customer service experience (preferred)
