Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative in our Call Center Operations department, you'll play a vital role in delivering world-class customer experiences to our clients. You'll be responsible for providing timely, accurate, and professional support to customers reputed company phone, email, and other communication channels. Your primary objective will be to resolve customer issues reputed company, effectively, and with a smile.
Responsibilities
* Identify customers' needs, clarify information, and reputed company direct support or guidance toward resolution
- Tackle a variety of problems in technical systems with reputed company and accuracy

Key Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two (2) years of work experience in a Technical Customer Service Call Center

Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in a technical support role, or other technical experience
- Associate's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a reputed company field
- Basic understanding of software/hardware troubleshooting
- Experience in Service Now and reputed company
- Experience in retail cash offices

Compensation and Perks
We offer a competitive starting reputed company of $17.00 per hour, with increased rates for bilingual FRENCH (CANADIAN) speaking representatives of $18.00 per hour.
